Preferably use Laptop or Desktop to fill the entrance form.All fields marked by (*) are mandatory. Filling all mandatory fields is required to make your application complete. Incomplete applications will be REJECTED.

1 If you have not registered yet, click on “Register as a New Member” on the login page.
You will then be redirected to the registration page.
Fill the registration details and click on “Register” button to register.
You will then be redirected to the login page.
Email will be your username. Login to your account.
Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.
2 There are five steps in the application form:

Step 1: Enter Personal Details
Input your Name, select faculty, college and program. If you want to apply for reservation scholarship, choose Reservation option and select reservation categories.  Select Date of birth, gender and Nationality. Input your Mobile number. Select preferred exam center (You can choose nearest exam center for your convenience).
Click Save and Next.

Step 2: Enter Address Details·
Input your permanent and Temporary Address. Click Save and Next.

Step 3: Enter Guardian Details·
Input your Fathers, Mothers and Guardian details. Click Save and Next.

Step 4: Enter Academic Details·
Upload Passport size Photograph (Do Not Upload Selfie or other photographs), ·
Upload Character Certificate & Marksheet of SEE or equivalent ·
Upload Character Certificate, Transcript of NEB(+2) or equivalent
[Note: If Transcript Carries academic details of class 12 only, then the marksheet of class 11 is mandatory to upload. Result of applicants  failing to upload the above documents  will be kept under withheld status)·
Upload Citizenship certificate  (Optional for Open categorybut mandatory for Reservation Category )·
Upload Character certificate & Transcript of Bachelors (Only for PGDCA candidate) ·
Upload Necessary Certificates for Reservation category ·
Click Save and Next.

Step 5: Select payment mode and make the Payment

3 After Successfully completing payment process, you will get payment receipt with QR code.
4 After verification of your documents by University, you will receive QR code integrated admit card by clicking admit Card option under Entrance Menu.  University will also send email with success and reject status.
5 Applicants must bring printed admit card along with original citizenship or Pan card or  Driving License or Voter Card or admit card of last exam appeared to appear in the examination hall.

Note: Result Waiting Students can also apply with their  grade 11 marksheet and  grade 12 admit card.

  1. You must appear in the entrance test conducted by the Purbanchal University on a pre-informed date, time and test center.
  2. After the Entrance Test Result, you will have to appear in Personal Interview at KCC to successfully complete the admission process.
  3. You are now eligible to get admission at KCC. Follow the admission procedure as instructed by the Admission Officer.

BE Computer

Applicants for BE Computer should have passed plus two of Science with C grade in each subject and aggregate grade should have at least C or Intermediate Level or Diploma in Engineering with at least 45 %.
Bio Group can also apply.

BE Civil

Applicants for BE Civil should have passed plus two of Science with C grade in each subject and aggregate grade should have at least C or Intermediate Level or Diploma in Engineering with at least 45% in aggregate and 100 marks Mathematics paper.
Bio Group can also apply.

BCA

Applicants for BCA should have passed plus two with D+ grade in each subject and aggregate grade should have at least C or Intermediate Level or Diploma in Engineering with at least 45% in aggregate.

BIT

Applicants for BIT should have passed plus two with D+  grade in each subject and aggregate grade should have at least C OR Intermediate Level or Diploma in Engineering with at least 45% in aggregate and 100 marks Mathematics paper.

BBA

Applicants for BBA should have passed plus two with aggregate D+ grade or Intermediate Level with at least 40% in aggregate.

Scholarship Categories

1. KCC Merit  Scholarship

KCC provides scholarships on Merit Basis.

2.. University scholarship

I. Merit Scholarship

The 5% highest scorer in the entrance exam will be provided 80% of the total college fee. The scholarship in this category will be continued until the student top each semester exam.

II. Reservation Scholarship

5% of the total students will be provided 100%  scholarship in total college fee. The Student will be liable to pay university registration and exam fee along with college deposit and Student Welfare.  The decision will be taken as per the university norms.

1. Percentage of Marks obtained in Purbanchal University Entrance Exam 25%
2. Percentage of Marks obtained in SLC Examination   5%
3. Percentage of Marks obtained in 10+2/ I. Sc./ or equivalent Exam 10%
4. SLC from Community/Government Schools   5%
5. 10+2 or equivalent from Government Colleges 5%
6. Female  10%
7. Dalits/ Indigenous Groups/ Ethnic Groups/ Madhesis/ Muslims 10%
8. Students from remote and backward areas  10%
9. Families of the Disappeared & Missing/ Martyrs Family/ Family with injured members in People’s Movement (Jana Andolan) and Madhesh Movement/ Victims of Conflict/ Displaced People 10%
10. Ex Kamaiyas/ Haliyas and Deprived Groups
