German Intern Atefeh Kasiri Departs Kantipur City College after Productive 2-Months Internship

Kathmandu, Nepal: Kantipur City College (KCC), a local committee of IAESTE Nepal, bid adieu to Atefeh Kasiri, an intern from Germany, as she successfully completed her enriching 2-month internship program.

Atefeh Kasiri, a student from Germany, expressed her gratitude and shared her memorable experiences during her stay in Nepal at the farewell program held by Kantipur City College. She expressed her deep appreciation for the rich culture and warm hospitality of Nepal, stating that she thoroughly enjoyed immersing herself in the local culture and environment.

During her internship at Kantipur City College, Atefeh Kasiri had the opportunity to learn various technical skills and gain valuable practical experience. She acknowledged the support and mentorship provided by KCC staff and faculty, mentioning that the people at KCC were exceptionally kind and friendly, making her feel welcome and at home throughout her stay.

The farewell program was graced by the presence of KCC Managing Director Dr. Parlhad Karki, who congratulated Atefeh Kasiri on the successful completion of her internship. Dr. Karki, along with Principal Mr. Raju Kattel, presented her with a traditional Khada and a token of love as a gesture of appreciation for her hard work and dedication during her time at KCC.

The event was hosted by Er. Rabi Sharesta, the Local Committee Coordinator of IAESTE at KCC. He praised Atefeh  for her exceptional contributions to the college and highlighted the significance of such international exchange programs in fostering global learning and cultural exchange.
