BBA students of KCC shared their learning during the Industrial Visit from 17th Manshir 2075 to 19th Manshir 2017. The students of BBA Semester III related their observation with Marketing Management based on their observation of Ghandruk Homestay and Kamadhenu Cow Farm Gorkha.
Similarly, the students of BBA V related their presentation with Production and Operations Management based on their observation of Kamadhenu Cow Farm Gorkha.
Furthermore, the students of BBA VII related their observation with Supply Chain Management. This team analyzed the details of observation of most of the visit including Ramba Foods technology and Panthi Dairy Pokhara. Management team was overwhelmed to know the success story of a woman entrepreneur Maiali DiDi of pokhara shared as a lesson by this group.
This observation sharing program showed that students were very motivated to know that there are lots of opportunities in our country. One of the student also shared that he has a plan to start a dairy in his own village.
All the participants were very excited for this project based learning. The overall program was managed and coordinated by a group of students.
