Enter college premises either through South entrance gate or the west entrance gate.

  1. Specify the reason that you are about to enter KCC premises for new admission to the concerned security guard so that he will guide you properly to help reach you admission department accurately.
  2. Meet the admissions officer of the academic program you are interested in and get the detailed information of the program including fee structure. He or she will guide and assist you with the application process.
  3. You now need to fill out the prescribed application form. Complete the form and sign where indicated. Information must be legible, accurate, and complete.
  4. You need to submit approved copies of following supporting documents within the given deadlines.
  1. You must appear in the entrance test conducted by the Purbanchal University on a pre-informed date, time and test center.
  2. After the Entrance Test Result, you will have to appear in Personal Interview at KCC to successfully complete the admission process.
  3. You are now eligible to get admission at KCC. Follow the admission procedure as instructed by the Admission Officer.

Before filling the entrance form, make sure you have scan copy of the following original documents (JPEG, JPG or PNG):

  • Passport Size Photograph (Do Not Upload Selfie or other photographs),
  • Character Certificate & Marksheet of SEE or equivalent
  • Character Certificate & Transcript of NEB(+2) or equivalent

[Note: If Transcript Carries academic details of 12th class only, then 11th class Marksheet is mandatory]

  • Preferably use Laptop or Desktop to fill the entrance form. All fields marked by (*) are mandatory. Filling all mandatory fields is required to make your application complete. Incomplete applications will be REJECTED.
1 If you have not registered yet, click on “Register as a New Member” on the login page.
You will then be redirected to the registration page.
Fill the registration details and click on “Register” button to register.
You will then be redirected to the login page.
Email will be your username. Login to your account.
Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.
2 There are five steps in the application form:

Step 1: Enter Personal Details
Input your Name, select faculty, college and program. If you want to apply for reservation scholarship, choose Reservation option and select reservation categories.  Select Date of birth, gender and Nationality. Input your Mobile number. Select preferred exam center (You can choose nearest exam center for your convenience).
Click Save and Next.

Step 2: Enter Address Details·
Input your permanent and Temporary Address. Click Save and Next.

Step 3: Enter Guardian Details·
Input your Fathers, Mothers and Guardian details. Click Save and Next.

Step 4: Enter Academic Details·

  • Upload Passport size Photograph (Do Not Upload Selfie or other photographs), ·
    Upload Character Certificate & Marksheet of SEE or equivalent ·
    Upload Character Certificate, Transcript of NEB(+2) or equivalent
    Upload Citizenship certificate
    Upload Character certificate & Transcript of Bachelors ·
    Upload Necessary Certificates for Reservation category ·
    Click Save and Next.

Step 5: Select payment mode and make the Payment

3 After Successfully completing payment process, you will get payment receipt with QR code.
4 After verification of your documents by University, you will receive QR code integrated admit card by clicking admit Card option under Entrance Menu.  University will also send email with success and reject status.
5 Applicants must bring printed admit card along with original citizenship or Pan card or  Driving License or Voter Card or admit card of last exam appeared to appear in the examination hall.

Note: Result Waiting Students can also apply with their  grade Bachelors marksheet and admit card.

Master of Computer Application(MCA)

  • Must have completed Bachelor degree related to Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Application, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Science, Information Management, Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering , Electronics and Communication Engineering, such as BSc Computer Science, BE Computer, BE Electronics and Communication, BScCSIT, BSc IT, BEIT, BE Software, BCA, BIT, PGDCA,BICT, BIM, BCIS, BBIS or
  • Must have secured a minimum 2.0 CGPA 0 or 50% marks.
  • In case of foreign certificate, student should submit equivalence certificate and each subject grading with CGPA or total percentage document from concerned
  • Should pass entrance examination as conducted by Purbanchal  University.

Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application(PGDCA)

Applicants for PGDCA should passed Bachelor in any subject(BBA,BBS,BA,BED,BSC,BSW,BBM,BHM etc) with  45% in aggregate.

Master of Arts in Mass Communication and Journalism(MA MCJ)

Applicants for MA MCJ should passed Bachelor in any subject (BBA,BBS,BA,BED,BSC,BSW,BBM,BHM etc) with at least 40% in aggregate.

 

  1. Merit Scholarship
    1. Purbanchal University offer 80% scholarship for  5% merit students.
    2. College offers up to 33% scholarship in tuition fee. Entrance passed student should apply for the  college scholarship.
  2. Reservation Scholarship
    • Purbanchal University offers 5 %  Reservation scholarship for deserving students.
