minimum of three years of on-the-job training (OJT) in Japan. ISP will guide and inform applicants about
the career-building potential of this valuable experience.
IMAC SOLUTION PARTNER: ISP understands that VET is an investment in the applicants’ development.
They will guide and motivate students to make dedicated efforts to meet the expectations associated
with this investment.
ISP will serve as the primary point of contact for the receiving company during the OJT period, ensuring
effective management of the applicants’ status. They will work closely with IMAC ENGINEERING Co., Ltd.
to provide guidance and support, enabling a smooth transition into employment at the receiving
company.
IMAC ENGINEERING Co., Ltd. holds crucial responsibilities in the partnership, including introducing
applicants to suitable Japanese companies and facilitating the seamless implementation of the VET
project. Their aim is to secure full-time employment opportunities for participating students. IMAC will
also cooperate with ISP to emphasize the significance of the three-year OJT and assist students in
improving their Japanese language skills.
Furthermore, IMAC ENGINEERING Co., Ltd. has committed to sharing important information regarding
work content, treatment, and remuneration with ISP even after the completion of OJT and employment.
This collaboration ensures continued support and cooperation between the entities involved.
