About the Conference
Kantipur City College is pleased to announce the KCC Exhibit and Conference 2081, focused on “Innovation in Information Technology and Engineering to Enhance Efficiency and Sustainability.” This conference aims to provide a platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to discuss the latest trends, challenges, and solutions in the fields of IT and engineering.
Topics of Interest
We invite the submission of abstracts that align with the conference theme. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Submission Guidelines
- Abstract Length: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
- Language: All abstracts must be written in English.
- Format: Abstracts should include the title, authors’ names, affiliations, and contact information.
- Photo and short bio must be submitted.
- Submission Method: Abstracts must be submitted electronically via conference@kcc.edu.np.

- Abstract Submission Deadline: Shrawan 25, 2081 (2024 August 09)
- Notification of Acceptance: Shrawan 27, 2081 (2024 August 11)

Review Process
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee. The review criteria will include relevance to the conference theme, originality, and clarity of presentation.  A maximum of 25% of the abstract should be dedicated to the introduction with 75% focused on methods, results and problem-solving approach.
Conference Proceedings
Accepted abstracts will be published in the KCC website. Selected abstracts may be invited for full paper submissions to be included in the conference proceedings.
Keynote Speakers and Special Sessions
The conference will feature keynote addresses by distinguished experts and special sessions on focused topics. Keynote and special session details will be updated on the conference website.
